I would like to introduce you to Pot Luck Be A Lady Tonight, where you can find easy recipes, kitchen tips and tricks, inspiring food ideas, and a new desire for healthy (and indulgent) eating.
I am by no means an expert, I haven't been classically trained, and I don't plan on cooking an insane recipe a day a la "Julie and Julia" (too lazy). But if you use your fridge more for beer than your groceries, maybe this can be a first for you as well.
My goal is to add a little variety to your lives and show you how easy it can be to make an alternative shepherd's pie instead of heading for your frozen dinner stash.
I'm no saint - I don't measure calories and I don't turn down ice cream (or beer). I like to eat well so I can indulge. It's all about balance and the joy (I think I'm aging prematurely) of the kitchen.
For those of you who could be a contestant on "Chopped", don't judge - I hope you can add some expertise to the thousands of followers...
